Ernesto Illy Contest
Ernesto Illy Quality and Sustainability Award for Espresso Coffee started in 1991. It is an initiative from the italian roastery Illycaffe that values and recognizes the Brazilian coffee production.
Florada Premiada
The Florada Premiada contest is promoted by the largest roasting company from Brazil, Grupo 3 corações, and its main goal is to value and recognize the Brazilian female growers work. 3 Corações along with BSCA judge and award the highest quality coffees for each Brazilian growing region. In its first edition, the contest judged over 650 coffee samples.
BSCA
Always striving and investing to produce Specialty Coffees, Nossa Senhora de Fátima farm, was the 1st in the state of Goiás to become a BSCA – Brazil Specialty Coffee Association – member.
The objective of BSCA to spread spread quality control techniques through research and promote products to elevate the standards of excellence of Brazilian coffees offered in the domestic and international markets.
UTZ/ Rainforest Alliance Certification
UTZ/ Rainforest Alliance certification shows consumers that products have been sourced, from farm to shop shelf, in a sustainable manner. To become certified, all UTZ/ Rainforest Alliance suppliers have to follow our Code of Conduct, which offers expert guidance on better farming methods, working conditions and care for nature. This in turn leads to better production, a better environment and a better life for everyone involved on the coffee chain.
