70% Semi-washed and 30% Natural. Round coffee with perfect acidity and body for Espresso. Strong honey and dark chocolate notes. It can be offered as a single varietal or blend, depending on the needed volume. Cupping and atributes will remain the same.

Microlots
Every year, we test and produce a variety of microlots at the farm. The processing methods go from 100% dried on the trees or african beds to controlled fermentation in a cold chamber. Cupping score for these coffees should be minimum 86 SCA – Specialty Coffee Association and the attributes can be a variety of flavours. They are produced as single varietal and the availability is limited.
